The Why Behind the Passion
Danielle Summerall-Smith has worked with children with developmental disabilities since 1996 and has dedicated her life to advocating for all students to have the same opportunities up to their ability. Experience has shown her life-time achievements from so many that were told it wasn’t possible. As the decades have brought about new resources and open doors for many more with disabilities, it has also not been enough to stay up with the needs and technologies these students can benefit from. Danielle’s philosophy for students has always been that all students can learn and grow despite their circumstances. She is a wealth of knowledge and can support families through hard struggles to ensure students have what they need to thrive.
